Why won't the AVI (XVID) movies work on my system?
Solution Our AVI movies require one of the following to work. You can either download the VLC player (MAC, Windows, Linux) which is a great, free, open source player that will play just about any format you will come across. OR you can download the free DIVX Play bundle. The difference with the DIVX Play bundle is that once installed, you will be able to play the DIVX movies in your existing media player. However be aware that the DIVX Play bundle also includes the DIVX media player that you don't need, but feel free to use if you like it.
