 I'm not getting any response on my support tickets.
Solution We always respond to support ticket within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us within that time frame, its probably one of the following...

1. You entered your email incorrectly on the support ticket - please resubmit the ticket with the correct email.

2. The ticket got caught in your spam folder - please check your spam folder.

3. Your ISP is blocking the email - try resubmitting the ticket with a different email address.

4. You can check the status of your ticket at any time by logging into the ticket system. The login box is on the right side of the screen on the main support page: http://support.nubiles.net/
