"Download of the specified resource has failed"
Solution
Windows media player throws this error when it has problems with the cache. Clear you cache in Internet Explorer by going to tools > internet options > click the delete files button, check the "delete all offline content" box and hit OK. If this is the first time you have done this in a while, it will take up to 10 minutes to delete and your computer may appear to be running slow while it is deleting. Once you have deleted the cache, try clicking the video link. If it still doesn't work, right click the video link select "save target as" and save the file before you try and play it.
